How do I enable thank you e-mails?

Enable Thank you e-mails to thank your customers for paying their invoices.



1. To enable your Thank You Email Template, go to "Settings" located next to your name in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Automation Settings". The page will open on the "Email" tab, where all the email settings are located.

3. Scroll down to "Thank you Email" and click "Edit"

4. Click on the toggle to activate the setting

5. Click in the field for the dropdown list of your templates, then select the desired Template. You can switch between Pro and Basic Templates.

6. Click "Save Changes"

7. Once a payment is recorded in the Accounting Software and synchronized by Nagging Panda, a Thank You email will be automatically sent to the customer.
