It’s a simple way to get a clearer picture of customer engagement and make smarter, data-driven decisions—without the hassle.

1. Your dashboard lets you track customer interactions with your reminders as well as their activity on the Customer Channel, where all their invoices, quotes, statements, and credit notes are kept.

2. You can use the filters to view interactions for an individual customers, or select 'All' to see interactions across all customers.

3. You can also filter the dashboard by selecting a specific date range to view interactions within that period.

4. You have the ability to download all the raw data, allowing you to apply your own analytics and generate custom reports.
