How do I view my customers, customer channel?
Viewing Documents in the Customer Channel
The Customer Channel is where your customers can view all their documents, including invoices (both paid and unpaid), quotes, statements, and credit notes. When you create and assign a workflow to a customer, they’ll receive a link to access their Customer Channel and view these documents.
13. Click "Statements" tab. This is where customers will access their statements in their Customer Channel.
14. Select "Date Range" to filter specific dates.
15. You can select a custom date range for your statements by clicking the Date Range button. If no date is selected, the statement will default to the period starting from the oldest unpaid invoice.
16. Click "Preview"
17. Click on the "download" icon for the Statement to download to your device.
18. By clicking on 'Quotes', you can view, download, and forward individual quotes, just like you do with invoices.
19. By clicking on 'Credit Notes', you can view, download, and forward individual credit notes, just as you do with invoices.
