Invoice table functions?

If you’re looking to manage your invoice data more efficiently in Nagging Panda, this is the place to start. You’ll learn how to use the Invoice Table to search, filter, and export invoices with ease. Plus, with features like syncing to your accounting software and managing workflows directly from the table, you’ll be able to keep everything organised and running smoothly. It’s a simple way to save time, stay on top of your finances, and boost your overall productivity.

1. Click "Invoices"

2. The Invoice Table displays all your invoice data. To locate a specific invoice, type the customer name or invoice number into the 'Search' field.

3. Clicking on the ellipsis (⋯) to the right of an invoice allows you access additional actions. From here, you can sync the invoice with your accounting software, open it directly in your accounting platform, or add a note to the invoice.

4. Use the 'Advanced Filters' to search by invoice number, reference number, date range, or a minimum and maximum amount.

5. Use the 'Status' filter to narrow down invoices by their status, such as Draft, Paid, Unpaid, With Collection Specialist, or Retracted from Collection Specialist.

6. To adjust how many invoices are displayed, use the 'Rows per page' dropdown to select the desired number.

 7. You can export your invoices to an Excel spreadsheet. If you apply a status filter before exporting, only the filtered invoices will be included in the download.

8. Check the box next to the company heading to select all invoices in the table. Then click the 'Action' button to assign workflows, stop all workflows, pause active workflows, or resume paused ones.

9. Clicking 'Assign Workflows' allows you to apply a specific invoice workflow to the selected invoice(s).

10. A popup will appear confirming whether the workflows were successfully or unsuccessfully assigned to the selected invoices.

11. To stop all workflows on the selected invoices, click 'Stop All Workflows' from the 'Action' menu.

 12. A confirmation screen will appear indicating that the workflows have been stopped.
