How do I assigned documents to clients?
You can easily assign uploaded documents to specific clients or make them visible to all clients in your portal. This helps ensure each client only has access to the files intended for them, while still giving you flexibility for shared resources.
Assigning a Document to a Specific Client
Follow these simple steps to assign a document to an individual client:

Navigate to the Documents tab from the left-hand menu.

Locate the desired file in the Documents table.

Under the Customers column, click the drop-down list.

Select the client you want to assign the document to.
Once assigned, the document will appear in that client’s portal, allowing them to view or download it securely.
Making Documents Visible to All Clients
If a document applies to all clients — for example, general forms, announcements, or policies — you can make it visible to everyone:
