How do my clients access their portal?
There are two ways your clients can access their portals.
1.SmartLink
Each Subscriber is provided with a unique link that can be used by their clients to access the portal.
You can display your SmartLink link anywhere, e.g. website social channels, emails, sms , WhatsApp etc.
An OTP Process is followed using the e-mail address or phone number associated with client contact info on file in the accounting software.
2. Emails triggered by The Portal Genie
On user instruction The Portal Genie will communicate with customers and include a direct link into the portal that bypasses OTP but can include password authentication.
